Steve went above and beyond what an average estate agent would, constantly communicating with all parties involved, ensuring everyone was updated and helping to resolve any issues that cropped up no matter how last minute. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Steve worked around the clock to help us. We have never experienced such a professional service, Steve guided and supported us every step of the way. We have recently sold 2 properties with Steve and cannot recommend him highly enough. Bespoke and personal is not just a marketing line it is 100% true. Steve shepherded both sales through taking all the pressure off us. We didn't have to chase anyone, not even our own solicitor as Steve took care of everything. 1 property was more complicated to get across the line but Steve did everything he could to push this forward and get us to completion. Steve is available out of hours and 7 days a week and is incredibly responsive and more importantly, genuinely cares about what he does. When we needed a gardener at the last minute before photographs of 1 property were taken, he pulled one out of the hat! Not the kind of service you would get from a high street estate agent.
